We specialize in new home construction so we will always take the extra steps to properly prepare new slabs and install products only with manufacturer recommended adhesives and sundries. Personal Design Consultant

We have multiple showroom locations where you will have access to a vast array of products, materials and colors to select from. You will be paired with your own personal Design Consultant who will guide you through the design process to help you make decisions based on your specific taste, lifestyle, priorities, and budget.

On-Site Field Supervision

Our Quality Control Technicians supervise the installation process from start to finish to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all job sites. They will also coordinate with your builder’s Superintendents and our installation crews to troubleshoot any potential complications during the construction process. Our team will always work hard to deliver an on-time completion of your home!

Turnkey Home

Vintage Design offers all-inclusive pricing, including thorough floor preparation and post installation touch ups. You will never have to worry about surprise charges, additional change orders or managing the installation process. All installations are coordinated with your builder’s construction team to ensure a finished and beautiful home that’s ready for move in!

A COMMUNITY LIAISON will be assigned to every neighborhood you build. Your New Home Consultants will be visited on a weekly basis, delivering necessary paperwork and samples, but more importantly – serving as a conduit of communication between your sales associates and ours.

We employ and train our own INSTALLATION CREWS, who provide seasoned craftsmanship with premium quality control. Our teams have been with us for many years, and believe in carrying out our philosophy of doing it right the first time. They take pride in their work and their expertise is evidenced daily. Because they are in-house, we are able to keep our commitments to you, and meet your construction deadlines as promised.

Our FIELD SUPERVISORS have over 70 years of experience in their trade. They will ensure that critical communication with your field superintendents is maintained, with inspections and quality control checks made on an ongoing basis prior to and during installation. We honor all of our manufacturers’ recommended products, adhesives, and sundry items to protect your warranties and preserve the integrity of our installations.

A RAPID RESPONSE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM will support you long after your homes have closed escrow and the homebuyer has moved in. We recognize the importance of quick response and resolution to homebuyer concerns. Their delight with the home is our long-term objective.
