My wife Donna and I are building a home through Van Daele and we’ve been quite fortunate to have Amanda Kennedy as our design center rep.

To say Amanda has gone above and beyond for us every step of the way would be a massive understatement. From the onset, she has been such a crucial component in ensuring that our experience in building/designing this home has been an enjoyable one. She’s always so friendly, accommodating and her stylistic suggestions have really helped us figure out the best choices to put in our home (especially when we’ve been stuck!).

So with all that in mind, we felt it was of the utmost importance to shine a light on her exemplary work ethic by letting you know just how lucky we all are that she’s an integral part of your team.

The first visit we made to the design center Alicia made our family feel comfortable. This being our first time purchasing a new build, we were both excited and nervous about the whole process of selecting design elements for our new home. She helped us through our nervous jitters and guided us through selecting flooring for our new home. Alicia was able to answer all of our questions and was patient with us as we went back and forth with our choices. I don't know how we go matched up with Alicia Scebba, but I believe there was a reason. She is amazing!

I am sure I am not the first to write you an email on how much our family appreciated Hana’s service in outfitting our home at Candlewood villa. As a first time builder’s home buyer, we were totally lost on all the upgrade features, but Hana was extremely patient, through on explaining all the products, answered all of our questions carefully with pictures and layouts. Her knowledge in the industry was impressive and her focus to care and detail to our needs is to be recognized. We are grateful for her guidance and going the extra mile.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting and getting design help from Dianna Hass. I was a little nervous about picking out my flooring for my new home and on top of it the potential expense made for a few sleepless nights. That all went away when Dianna stepped in. I just wanted to make time to reach out and express the immense satisfaction my partner and I had working with Hana. She is very professional, knowledgeable and with an incredible skill to understand the vision and taste of her clients. My designer, Jasmine Perez, did an amazing job assisting in my selections. Through her expertise and professionalism, my designer turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an exciting experience being hands on building my new home! I had my doubts about upgrading in order to save some money, but it made no sense at all to not use Vintage Design and capitalize on great prices and the warranty. This review is only related to the customer service interaction with consultant Dianna Hass. Although I was excited about picking designs for my new home I was also leery that I would be leaving a few thousand dollars poorer. From the start, Dianna was warm and welcoming, she listened to my needs and what I was looking for and did not make at any time a hard sale. In fact, I had to often ask what she thought. A three hour consultation can be long and arduous but Dianna was patient and thorough - if the products are as good as Dianna - this could be a slam dunk! I say ask for Dianna and you won't regret it.

This review is for the customer service our designer, Justine, provided us. She was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable creating a sense of confidence and trust. We were very indecisive about what flooring to pick for our new home, but Justine remained extremely patient. She encouraged us to take our time and even suggested a few choices that would look great together. She educated us on the pros and cons of different materials so we could make an informed decision. The level of professionalism, concern for our family's benefits/budget with the carpets, tile and vinyl wood planks, willingness to go the extra mile, and warmness from this company's design consultant Jasmine Perez made the only part of my new home buying experience worth it. We met with her on two separate meetings. The first meeting, we picked the designs for our home. Jasmine Perez presented us with various diagrams showing where carpets, tile and wood planks would be in the house and how much they would cost us in each diagram (based on different designs we chose). This was a huge benefit and gave us more options and ultimately helped us decide what we wanted. The other meeting, confirmed what we chose and the final price. Since we paid in full up front, Jasmine Perez was able to get us all of our designs chosen for a price we were excited about. Every time we saw Jasmine Perez, she was working hard, smiling and very energetic. In the end, we found the designs we wanted with Jasmine's help, giving extremely professional, easy flowing and straight forward answers to what we wanted within our budget. Thank you Jasmine Perez!
